At CM Dance Company, we're all about igniting the passion for performing arts while supporting the incredible journey of homeschooling! Our mission is to create vibrant learning environments that spark confidence, creativity, wellness, and pure joy through the magic of the arts. As a devoted homeschool parent and an experienced private instructor since 2012, I firmly believe that every learning experience should be tailored to unique individuals in the room.
Exciting news for Ocean Grove families! CM Dance Company is an vendor with Ocean Grove Charter School. If your child is enrolled, you can use your educational funds to join any of our fantastic programs. And don't worry, homeschool students from outside Ocean Grove are also warmly invited to participate in our offerings!
Teaching Services
Weekly Class Programs
We are pleased to offer classes year-round in collaboration with the following homeschool communities: A Team Homeschool and Maple Pathways. To ensure individualized attention, class sizes are between 8 to 10 students.
Private One on One
Private sessions are offered for students seeking individualized instruction. Each is customized to align with the student's personal goals and preferred learning style.
About Instructor
Christine Maldonado is a dedicated homeschool mother of two and the creative director of CM Dance Company LLC, which she founded in 2012. With over 20 years of experience teaching dance, movement, and theatre to individuals of all ages and skill levels, Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Theatre from San Jose State University. In addition, she integrates her background as a certified yoga movement instructor into her teachings, fostering a supportive atmosphere where her students can learn self confidence, practice joy, and build friendships through the performing arts.
