Homeschool Performing Arts Program
Exciting opportunities are on the horizon for the upcoming homeschool season! Each class is designed to provide personalized attention, accommodating a maximum of 12 students to a high standard of learning. For those interested in individualized support, private performance sessions are available.

A Team Homeschool Community Partnership
The CM Dance Homeschool Performing Arts program is offered through the A Team Homeschool Community. As a dedicated homeschool parent of two, this partnership allows me the opportunity to serve and support homeschool families, which includes my own. The CM Dance Homeschool Performing Arts program was created to give homeschool families and students a place to celebrate our own unique learning paths-together-through music, theatre, and dance!
A Team Homeschool Community is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting homeschooling families. By facilitating connections with specialized teaching vendors, organizing enriching campus events, and fostering opportunities for interaction among homeschool families and children, this organization provides vital resources for those navigating the homeschooling experience.

Take The Lead Solos
(Middle to High)
Fee: $480
Designed for students eager to take center stage, 'Take The Lead' is a workshop-style class focused on developing solo singing skills. Vocal warm-ups, acting games, and team building activities will be explored weekly to prepare for solo singing. Everyone will play a role in uplifting one another throughout the experience. This class requires extra rehearsal outside of class time that will be coordinated with each participant at the start of the semester.
Beyond The Stage Ensemble
(2nd to 5/6th), (Middle to High)
Fee: $420
Dive into the world of musical theatre with 'Beyond The Stage Ensemble!' This program introduces students to dancing, singing, and acting through engaging theatre games, singing lessons, and the learning of ensemble production numbers. Through the creative process, students build self-confidence, learn the importance of teamwork, and experience the joy of learning musical theatre with their peers!
Dance Storytime!
(PreK to 2nd)
Fee: $420
Step into the world of dance with Dance Story Time! Every week, students will dive into the world of dance through a story book and then have an opportunity to explore the weekly theme through dance activities, games, and fun choreography. Students will learn how to express and recognize emotions, create and tell stories, and work as a team in a creative environment.
Musical Duets and Trios
(2nd to 5/6th), (Middle to High)
Fee: $480
Welcome to our Musical Duets and Trios program! Here, students have the chance to collaborate on stage, taking part in engaging small group musical numbers and dynamic scenes. This program aims to boost self-confidence, promote teamwork, and deepen appreciation for the art of musical theatre. Join us for a meaningful and enriching experience that you won't want to miss! This class requires extra rehearsal outside of class time that will be coordinated with each group at the start of the semester.
Ocean Grove Approved Vendor
CM Dance Company is proud to be an approved vendor with Ocean Grove Charter School. Families whose children are enrolled with Ocean Grove Charter can utilize their educational funds to enroll in our homeschool performing arts program. Additionally, we extend a warm invitation to homeschool students from outside Ocean Grove to participate in our offerings. We look forward to providing valuable performing arts experience for all students.
Additional Fees
*A materials fee of $80 will be collected each semester for every enrolled class. This fee is designed to cover expenses related to showcases, dress rehearsals, and essential class materials. Once your enrollment is confirmed, an invoice will be sent for the materials fee. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
*A Team Homeschool Community collects a registration fee to enroll in class programs offered on their campus. Additionally, for families interested in their lunchtime supervision program, there is a separate fee to ensure your children are supervised during lunch time. Please take a moment to review their policies before registering.
Performance Showcase Dates and Location
Join us at the end of each semester for our CM Dance homeschool showcase, where we celebrate our students' hard work and progress! The day features a dress rehearsal with professional technical support, a well-organized showcase program, and a wonderful opportunity for families to gather and celebrate their children's achievements. New Location: The Historic Hoover Theatre
I am delighted to share that our performing arts homeschool program will host its showcases at the stunning Historic Hoover Theatre! The students will enjoy a comprehensive theatre learning experience, including lights, sound, stage, and much more!
