Zero Tolerance for Bullying
Bullying is defined as any physical, verbal, or written action—whether in-person or online—that seeks to harm another individual or foster a hostile atmosphere. Bullying in any form is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated by any student, parent, teacher, or person associated with this program.
Commitment to a Safe Environment
I am committed to fostering a secure and uplifting environment where our students and their families can fully embrace the joy and empowerment that dance, theatre, and movement provide. I kindly urge everyone to contribute to maintaining a safe and positive atmosphere for all involved.
Addressing Reports of Bullying
All reports of bullying will be treated with utmost seriousness and will lead to a conflict resolution meeting involving the program director and the families concerned, with the goal of addressing the issue constructively. Removal from the program will always be considered a last resort, and every effort will be made to find solutions that enable students to coexist, collaborate, and navigate their disagreements.
